  • below 2kg RM15
  • RM3 for subsequent 1kg

 

East Malaysia

  • below 2kg RM28
  • RM12 for subsequent 1kg

 

Delivery Coverage

Orders can be delivered to street addresses within West Malaysia (WM), East Malaysia (EM), Singapore, and Indonesia only. PO Box addresses are not accepted. 

 

International Shipping

  • We currently offer international shipping to Singapore and Indonesia. For other destinations, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
  • Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Happy Bee Farm is not liable for any additional charges incurred.

 

Singapore Shipping – Tax & Clearance Policy

  • Customs & Tax Responsibility  All shipments to Singapore may be subject to import taxes, GST, duties, or customs clearance fees imposed by Singapore authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Clearance Requirement Customers are required to ensure that all necessary information and documentation for customs clearance are provided accurately and promptly. Any delay or failure in clearance due to incomplete or incorrect information will be borne by the customer.
  • Non-Clearance & Parcel Outcome If a parcel is held, rejected, returned, or destroyed by customs due to tax issues, clearance failure, or non-payment of duties/taxes, Happy Bee Farm will not be held responsible.
  • No Refund Policy In the event that the parcel cannot be successfully cleared or delivered due to customs/tax-related issues, no refund, replacement, or compensation will be provided.
  • Customer Acknowledgement By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the above terms and accepts full responsibility for any customs clearance and tax obligations in Singapore.
