How are reward points calculated?

For every RM1 you spend, you will earn 1 reward point.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your reward points once you’ve collected at least 400 points, which is equivalent to RM10.

Will my happy bee points expire?

Points will expire 1 year (365 days) after the points are collected.

How to join the membership?

You can join our membership by registering an account on our website. New customers who register as member receive a welcome bonus of 100 reward points and enjoy a 20% off on your purchase during the Birthday month.

How do I check my Happy Bee Points?

You can check your available Happy Bee Points under My Account.

What steps do I need to take to qualify for my birthday rewards?

Enter your birth date when registering or update them under My Account to enjoy the reward on your big day!

What should I do if I have entered my birth date but have not received the rewards?
